Souls to the Polls now has one ride-request form for November 1–3, 2026. Pinellas County voters can request Uber vouchers for early voting, returning their own mail ballot, or Election Day voting. Assistance is available regardless of party affiliation or candidate preference.
Request a voting ride · Find your polling place · Find an SOE ballot-return office
Choose the day you need a ride
- Sunday, November 1: early voting or mail ballot return at approved early-voting locations, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
- Monday, November 2: return your mail ballot at one of the three Supervisor of Elections (SOE) offices, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. There is no early voting on Monday.
- Tuesday, November 3: vote at your assigned Election Day polling place, 7 a.m.–7 p.m., or return your mail ballot to an SOE office by 7 p.m. Be in line to vote by 7 p.m.
Monday and Tuesday vouchers allow travel from 6:30 a.m.–8 p.m., including your ride home. Voting and ballot-return hours still end at 7 p.m. Vouchers are restricted to approved locations.
One signup, including the flyer link
Use the combined Souls ride-request form and select your ride day and purpose. The signup link printed on the Souls flyer still works because it opens the same original form. You can also open that form directly.
One email address per round trip (your ride there and your ride home). Provide an email address you can access. A coordinator reviews requests and, if approved, sends your Uber voucher invitation. Check your inbox and spam folder, accept the voucher, and request your own ride in the Uber app. An active Uber account is required. Submitting a request does not book or confirm a ride, and vouchers are subject to availability.
Look up your polling place without leaving the rides page
On Election Day, vote at the polling place assigned to your residential address. The rides page includes the official polling-place address lookup, separate from the signup, so you can check your location and return to the form on the same page. You can also use the Supervisor of Elections lookup directly.
Mail ballot return on November 2–3
All three SOE offices accept mail ballots on November 2 and 3 from 7 a.m.–7 p.m.: 501 1st Ave. N., St. Petersburg; 13001 Starkey Rd., Largo; and 315 Court St., Room 117, Clearwater. Other early-voting and temporary ballot-return sites are not available for mail ballot return on those two days. See the official return-location schedule.
