  2026 Primary Election – August 18, 2026  

Who May Vote: Pinellas County voters who are registered with a political party may vote only in that party’s Primary Election races.

Military & Overseas Ballot to be Mail: July 2, 2026

 Domestic Ballot to be Mail: July 14, 2026

Voter Registration deadline for the Primary Election Deadline: July 20, 2026

Mail ballot request deadline for the Primary Election Deadline: August 06, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.

Early Voting

August 08 – 16:  Monday – Sunday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.;

Election Day

August 18 – Polls Open 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Voter Registration Voter registration deadline for November 3, 2026, General Election is October 5, 2026.

Early Voting Early Voting will be held October 19 – November 1. See the Early Voting page for hours and locations.

Mailing Dates for Mail Ballots Military and Overseas Voters – September 18 (statutory deadline September 19) Domestic Voters – September 29 (statutory deadline October 1)  

Request a Mail Ballot Complete the online form to request a mail ballot or call 727-464-VOTE (8683). The deadline to request a ballot to be mailed is October 22, 2026, at 5 pm.

Election Day Hours Polls are open 7 am to 7 pm on November 3, 2026.

The November ballot will include candidates who advanced from the August 18 primary election, as well as additional candidates who automatically advanced.
